Shipping Policies
All items purchased from The OHIO BIKINI TEAM are
made
pursuant
to
a shipment contract. This means that the risk of
loss
and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery
to the carrier. Please take a moment to review the
information below to understand our shipping policies.
Orders are processed the same day upon receipt of
payment. Our regular shipping days are Tueday and
Friday. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Friday will
ship
on the following Tuesday. In the event our normal
shipping day falls on a U.S. National holiday, your
order will sent out the next business day.
Special orders are packaged and shipped according
to prior arrangements agreed to by The OHIO BIKINI
TEAM and you. This includes overnight shipping or
arrivals by a certain date.
Domestic Shipping:
The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be used for all shipments unless otherwise specified or requested. Our website integrates with the U.S. Postal Service to calculate shipping costs. Any special packaging or handling charges will be included in the total shipping amount at check-out.
When ordering multiple items, depending on their size, we
will do our best to combine them
in a single package adjusting the
charges accordingly per package to
reduce your shipping costs. Some
items require additional charges
due to size and / or weight. This
will be reflected in the total shipping
amount at check-out.
Insurance: Insurance is optional and can be added to each item
prior to purchase. If selected, insurance
will be included in the item price
upon check-out. We recommend that you select this
option when ordering a item to
insure the shipment for the full
value of the items. By declining
insurance, you assume all risk for
loss or damage. Please see our return
policy for additional information.
Delivery Confirmation: Delivery Confirmation™
is automatically added to all orders shipped
within the continental United States. Once
your order is shipped it is assigned a tracking
number. You can obtain this number by logging
into the order
status page. You will need your Order
ID # and your e-mail address to access this
information. Once you get your tracking number
you can verify delivery with the USPS and
get the date, zip code and the time your
item was delivered. If delivery was attempted
you will get the date and time of attempted
delivery. You can easily access this information
through the USPS Website using the link below.
International Shipping:
Customs Duties & Taxes: The
quoted total does not include any
taxes, VAT fees or other Duties charged
at the country of delivery. Any fees
charged at the country of delivery
are not included in your payment
to The OHIO BIKINI TEAM and are payable
to the appropriate government agencies.
Additional charges for customs clearance
are sometimes required to be paid
by you before you can take possession
of your merchandise. The OHIO BIKINI
TEAM has no control over whether your
incoming package will be charged
a fee, or the amount of the fee (if
any). Additionally, when purchasing
item(s) from us, you are considered
the importer and must comply with
all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
Please be aware that packages and
boxes are sometimes subject to inspection
by customs authorities. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country,
so please contact your local customs
office for information.
Insurance: Insurance
is optional and can be added to each
item prior to purchase. If selected,
insurance will be included in the
item price upon check-out with
the full item value being declared
on the associated Customs forms.
We recommend that you
insure the shipment for the full
value of the item(s). By declining
insurance, you assume all risk for

Alternate Carriers: We can also provide FedEx® and United Parcel Service (UPS) services at an additional charge with prior arrangements depending on the weight & size of your order. International customers must contact us prior to ordering for rate quotes if another carrier other than the USPS is desired. Due to limitations of the United States Postal Service (USPS), your order cannot be tracked with delivery confirmation as with domestic shipments. However if your order is insured, there will be a tracking number attached to the shipment.

Media Mail®: A cost efficient way to mail books, sound recordings, recorded video tapes, printed music, and recorded computer-readable media (such as CDs, DVDs, and diskettes). Media Mail can not contain advertising except for incidental announcements of books. The maximum weight for Media Mail is 70 lbs.
Priority Mail®: Get delivery of your specimens in an average of
1 to 2 days.
Delivery to every address in the United States-including P.O. Boxes and military
addresses. Saturday and residential
deliveries at no extra cost. Maximum weight is 70 pounds, and the
maximum size is 108 inches in length and distance around the thickest
part combined.
Express Mail®: The fastest service the USPS
offers. Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery
nationwide or your money back. Next
day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm
to many destinations. Delivery to most addresses in the United
States - including PO Boxes and military addresses. Delivery to
most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays
at no extra charge.
Global Express Mail®: The fast way to ship overseas and prices start at just $15.50.
Global Airmail Parcel Post: Provides a convenient way to receive
specimens overseas to virtually every
country in the world with delivery
of specimens made in an average of
10 to 14 days.
Global Economy Mail™ : Parcel
Post International If your bottom line is your top concern, choose
Global Economy Mail service. It lets you receive Parcel Post
to nearly every country in the
world at low rates. The service is
best suited for deliveries that are
not time-sensitive. Surface service
can be very inexpensive for items that have no deadline. Delivery
of specimens made in an average of 8 to 10 weeks.
