Return Policies
We want you to be satisfied with all your purchases from The OHIO BIKINI TEAM. Return requests must be made within 15 calendar days after your order was received. If you decide to return any portion of your order, please

within 15 calendar days informing us of what you
plan to ship back to us and the reason. After 15 calendar
days, all sales are final. You are responsible for
all shipping and insurance costs related to the original
and return shipment of item(s) to The OHIO BIKINI
TEAM.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged,
please see below for instructions
regarding shipping damage.
When Returning Orders to The OHIO BIKINI TEAM:

Pack
the item carefully, using
the original packaging materials.
In the event of shipping damage,
do not reuse the original box
the item was shipped
in if there is any evidence of
crushing or damage. Return the
entire package including the
original box, item(s)
including any / all broken pieces,
and all packing material inside
a new undamaged box. (See Shipping
Damage below)

We strongly recommend
that you insure the shipment
for the full value of the item(s)
being returned. You are responsible
for the full value of orders
lost or additionally damaged
in the return shipment.

Make sure that
the item(s) are back to us
within 7-calendar days after
your email notice informing us
that you are returning your order.

If the returned
orders are received more than
7-calendar days after your email
notice was received, a restocking
fee of $25.00 will be applied.

Credit will be
applied to your account once
the order is received back to
us in saleable condition. No
refunds will be given.

Shipping Damage:
Please email us immediately if any portion arrives damaged in transit. This will enable us to work quickly and closely with you during the claims process. You must retain all original packaging and all pieces of the broken/damaged item. Follow the steps below to ensure the claims process is handled properly.
Insured Claims:
The following claims process will be used to resolve any issues involving damage for shipments in which insurance was purchased. The OHIO BIKINI TEAM will not deviate from this claims process involving insured shipments.

in detail. We will file an insurance
claim immediately at the post office
where the package was shipped.
- Do not
return the shipment to The OHIO
BIKINI TEAM. Doing so could void
the insurance.
- You will be forwarded
the insurance claim from the United
States Postal Service. Fill out
the areas indicated and be sure
to sign the claim.
- Take the
insurance claim, the damaged items
and the original packing to your
local post office. The United States
Postal Service will keep all items
including the item(s) as evidence
(All original packing and boxes
must be returned to the post office
for them to determine if the items
were adequately protected and if
the package shows signs of abuse).
- The United
States Postal Service will pay
the claim to The OHIO BIKINI TEAM
unless other arrangements have
been made with us prior. We will
issue a credit to your account
or send a refund check for the
amount of damage.
Uninsured Claims:
The following claims process will be used to resolve any issues involving damage for shipments in which insurance was not purchased.

with us. Doing so will only slow
the process down.
- Upon direction
from The OHIO BIKINI TEAM,
pack the item(s) carefully,
using the original packaging materials.

or damage. Return the entire package
including the original box, all
item(s) including any
/ all broken pieces, and all packing
material inside a new undamaged
box.
- We strongly

for the full value of orders lost

return shipment.
Please Note: We will
not issue credit or refund on any
damaged, uninsured item(s) not returned
to The OHIO BIKINI TEAM regardless of the circumstances.
